Tortola in the British West Indies has seen its share of destruction from hurricanes. As the home of 5 Girls Home Center, they wanted to create an advertisement that was part Public Service Announcement. They wanted to remind the community that hurricane season is approaching and to not wait until after one lands to buy supplies.
The Advertisement that was created had the headline “Get Ready For Hurricane Season” which was the reminder and the call to action to come down to the store while supplies are readily available. It also showcased most of those items one would need should a storm hit the island.
